The client is the driving force behind Mendas. By partnering with our clients, we know when is best to be supportive or challenging in order to deliver solutions that are both outstanding and cost-efficient. Our Client-focus is why we have grown mainly through word of mouth over the past 10 years.
But what does this mean to you?
We deliver to the client's needs in terms of timescales and requirements - whatever we are asked is reasonable as long as it is ethical. Nothing is too much work or too difficult when it is what is needed by the client
For us, it is not about the services we offer as much as the services you need. We don't believe in sales targets for our staff. On the contrary, we believe in spending time in understanding your needs and finding the most suitable solution by developing very strong relationships with you. This is what we call being relationship led and client focused
We are proud to be small because this allows us to really build personal relationships and being in constant conversation with our clients. When you call us, you always get to speak to a person rather than a machine and you never receive a bland standard email that has nothing to do with you or your project
What does it not mean?
Formal and faceless relationship with whoever is available at any one time, getting an off-the-shelf slightly adapted solution with inflexible processes around it, from someone that is more interested in meeting their sales targets than really understanding if what they are selling you is what you need.
