Organisational redesign is often a necessity to reduce costs and improve efficiency. But any structural Change Programme such as downsizing needs to go hand in hand with a psychological transition as the people who make up an organisation adjust to the new set up.

Our dedicated Transition Management service provides support with just that through:

  • the selection and assessment process to identify redundancies
  • the communications plan
  • outplacement services
  • coaching and/or training for managers
  • coaching for stayers; acquiring new skills and adapting to change
  • team workshops; team and role clarification, bonding, new vision and values and adapting to change.

As well as providing services to leavers, we work with those who remain.
