We specialise in modular courses covering:
- HR, including training on interviewing skills, how to run effective assessments and psychometric tests, competency-based interviewing
- Thinking, including how to recognise and develop creativity and innovation
- People, including coaching, approaches to development, how to give effective feedback and other general topics
- Sales, including how to create opportunities, maximising conversion and best practice
The training programmes are typically designed and delivered by Chartered Psychologists.
We also offer Psychometric Test Accredidation (Test Administration / Level A)- accredited training that leads to the British Psychological Society's recognised qualification of competency in occupational testing (Level A Certificate in Occupational Testing).
