Whatever our individual roles, we all have one thing in common a passion for psychology!

We are proud of the fact that each individual brings something unique and important to the rest of the team.

Mendas will never be an organisation of faceless psychologists or assessors that we pull upon on an ad-hoc basis. Being a small organisation, we are able to communicate regularly as a team, providing feedback to each other and sharing knowledge.

This combined with the quality of our staff and the wealth of experience that we share means that our clients benefit from a truly exceptional and personal service!

The team is run by Dr Simon Draycott and Justin Spray, who are Chartered Psychologists themselves.
