What is your passion in your work?

Knowing that you have really made a difference to something, whether it be an individual or an organisation. Being able to see where you have added value is extremely satisfying.

What are you proud of?

Working really hard and gaining my Chartered status in Occupational Psychology early on in my career. Now I use the skills and knowledge I have gained to supervise and help other Psychologist gain their Chartered status, which is really rewarding.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Whilst at University in the run up to Christmas I worked on the Christmas section of a shop, setting up displays and ensuring the lines were well stocked. I have never listened to Christmas carols in the same way since!
