What is your passion in psychology?

Helping people to understand themselves and their talents. Showing them a way to connect the person they are with the way they are performing at work. I love exploring the reasons why 2 people with similar experience can deliver in such different ways.

What are you proud of?

Qualifying as a counsellor. Working with young people in crisis – being someone they can talk to.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Currently I create or put together around 300 stage costumes a year for the 8 or 9 shows my children’s school perform. Using my creative and practical skills like this is the best therapy I have ever done.
