What is your passion in psychology?

Applying psychology to solve real-life problems. The effective use of psychology can result in some truly creative solutions to daily business challenges; this is why my job can be so interesting.

What are you proud of?

Starting painting again after years. I hang my artwork at home; regardless of whether they like it or not, I always love hearing people's response to it.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Assessing teams of students who had to solve problems in order to clamber their way across an assault course.
