Cheryl Isaacs
What is your passion in psychology?
My passion is helping clients to better understand themselves and take informed decisions on how they can work on their development needs. I love understanding individual motivations and the intricacies of human interaction.
What are you proud of?
I am most proud of getting Chartered within four years of my Masters degree through pure hard work, determination and excellent networking! I feel my Chartered status reflects a wide range of skills that I use everyday in my work.
What is an unusual job you've had?
Working with the Police is probably the most unusual job I have had. These people have seen everything and you need to do something completely different to get their attention or commitment. I once conducted training outside in the sunshine to keep them happy! Anything to keep the client satisfied...
