What is your passion in psychology?

My passion is working with individuals and teams to help them achieve their goals and optimise their performance. I particularly enjoy providing guidance and coaching in order to help individuals make good choices at different stages of their lives.

What are you proud of?

I’m proud of achieving many of the challenges that I set myself a number of years ago, in particular developing a career which enables me to make a difference to people’s lives in a positive way.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Working as a cocktail waitress in a five star London hotel, serving drinks to the rich and famous and seeing life from a very different perspective!
