What is your passion in Psychology?

I believe that occupational psychology is about helping organisations, but also, and in many ways to me more importantly, it is about helping individuals realise their true potential at work.

What are you proud of?

I am motivated to learn. An example of this is that I am learning to speak French. I find it extremely hard, but I am proud to say that I am persevering and one day, I might even be able to dream in French!

What is an unusual job you have had?

Within the field of occupational psychology I was involved with identifying the characteristics required by individuals working with psychopathic offenders. I found researching some of the most dangerous people on earth both fascinating and terrifying.
