What is your passion in psychology?

Using team building, facilitation and coaching techniques to enhance the effectiveness of teams, and observing the success of such interventions through tangible increases in team perfomance.

What are you proud of?

That I have been able to continue to develop as a Occ. Psych., whilst at the same time creating a fun, sociable home environment that meets the needs of my family.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Wearing a dry suit four sizes too big for me, travelling at speed through high seas in a RIB off the coast of Brighton, in January to conduct a role analysis interview with the head of the Police Underwater and Search Unit.
