What is your passion in psychology?

Helping individuals and organizations identify and move towards positive goals and as a consequence improve their performance.

What are you proud of?

Professionally, I am proud of having achieved Registered Psychologist status in both New Zealand and Australia. Personally, I am proud of my adaptability, my ability to build relationships and my 'can do' attitude.

What is an unusual job you've had?

I worked for the Royal NZ Air force and I was deployed to South East Asia and the Middle East to conduct psychological debriefs to support Operations.
