What is your passion in psychology?

The challenge of providing a rigorous structure and analysis to measure the effectiveness of processes designed for recruitment, development and training and even managing change processes.

What are you proud of?

The variety of my work from working with Train Drivers one day, to Social Workers and Executives the next.

What is an unusual job you've had?

I managed one day working in a factory responsible for airline food. My role was to unwrap the omelettes that hadn't been eaten, so they could be re-packaged with a new sell-by date on!
