What is your passion in psychology?

I believe that psychology can be applied more widely to understanding and improving people's lives than it currently is. At the moment I am very excited about working as a mediator in neighbourhood disputes in Hackney.

What are you proud of?

This year my partner, Gill, and I celebrated 20 years together.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Where do I begin? Selling red phone boxes to the USA, picking stones off a conveyor belt carrying potatoes, a scuba diving guide, making earrings? I'll stop there.
