What are you passionate about in psychology?

Undestanding individual differences and helping others to understand themselves. It is very fulfilling to be able to assist others with their own enlightenment and know you have been an integral part of that.

What are you proud of?

Taking up large challenges - I recently bought my own house and have managed to completely renovate it. It has been a great sense of achievement as well as a steep learning curve for the do's and don'ts for next time.

What is an unusual job you've had?

Working on an army barracks over the years has been enlightening and definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone as it meant living and working at such high levels of discipline! I also felt that the work I was doing was very core to Occupational Psychology, so it filled me with a great sense of achievement.
