Mendas offers its own venue in central London - the Mendas Centre purpose-built for use as an assessment/development centre, for interviewing and for training purposes.
Located on High Holborn in Central London, Mendas Centre offers high definition, remote-operated cameras in each of its 5 training/assessment rooms. Each camera is linked through to video monitors located in a central observation room.
Central to the design of the centre has been ensuring that the experience for candidates, assessors, interviewers, training delegates and trainers alike is a positive one.
You can choose to use the facilities but provide your own assessors and materials or we can provide our assessors and design assessment materials in collaboration with you.
With prices starting from £75 a room per half day, we will you provide you with dedicated reception and tea/coffee included in the room cost.

Recording and monitoring facilities/equipment
Each of our rooms is equipped with high definition, ceiling-mounted cameras and microphones. Assessment activities can be monitored remotely from our observation room or recorded to DVD for later viewing and assessment.
This set-up allows trainers/assessors to observe skills practice live or to play back sections as and when required (e.g. during work simulations where the candidate meets with colleagues or chairs a business meeting).
The use of video-cameras is also less obtrusive for those being filmed, and provides them with a unique opportunity to view their performance for discussion and development purposes, once the session has been recorded to DVD.
Each workstation in the observation room is equipped with a camera zoom and pan facility. This is particularly useful if an individual is moving around the room or using a flipchart, for example. You can even zoom in and read what a person is writing.
